Recorder

The Recorder feature allows you to capture your own clicking patterns and save them for use with the Click Player module.

What It Does

Recorder captures the timing between your clicks and saves them as a pattern. This lets you create custom clicking patterns based on your actual clicking speed and rhythm, which can then be replayed through the Click Player.

How to Use

Starting a Recording

  1. Navigate to Recorder in the left sidebar
  2. You'll see a large button that says "Click here!"
  3. Start clicking the button at your desired pace
  4. The recorder will capture the timing between each click

What Gets Recorded

As you click, the recorder tracks:

  • Number of clicks: Displayed on the button (e.g., "5 clicks")
  • Delays between clicks: Time in milliseconds between each click
  • Average CPS: Your average clicks per second during the recording

Recording Limits

  • Only clicks within 500ms of each other are recorded
  • This prevents accidental long pauses from being included
  • Keep clicking consistently for best results

Viewing Your Recording

While recording, you'll see:

  • Click count: How many clicks you've recorded
  • Average CPS: Your average clicking speed

Example display: "12 clicks" and "Average CPS - 13.5 CPS"

Exporting Your Pattern

How to Export

  1. After recording your clicks, click the Export button
  2. Choose where to save your file
  3. The file will be saved as delays.txt by default
  4. Your pattern is now saved and can be imported into Click Player

Export File Format

The exported file contains your delays as numbers:

85, 92, 88, 95, 87, 90, 83, 91

These numbers represent milliseconds between each click.

Using Your Recording

Method 1: Direct Use with Click Player

  1. After recording, go to Click Player module
  2. Enable the "Use Recorder" checkbox
  3. Your pattern automatically loads
  4. No export/import needed!

Method 2: Save for Later

  1. Click Export to save your pattern
  2. Later, use Import in Click Player to load it
  3. Great for keeping multiple patterns

Clearing Your Recording

Click the Clear button to:

  • Remove all recorded clicks
  • Reset the click counter
  • Start fresh with a new recording

Common Use Cases

Recording PvP Clicking

  1. Click at your normal PvP speed
  2. Aim for 10-15 clicks
  3. Export and use in Click Player
  4. Replicate your natural combat rhythm

Recording Jitter/Butterfly Clicking

  1. Perform your advanced clicking technique
  2. Record 8-12 clicks
  3. Save the pattern
  4. Use Click Player for consistent high CPS without fatigue

Creating Varied Patterns

  1. Click with intentional variation
  2. Mix fast and slightly slower clicks
  3. Creates more natural-looking patterns
  4. Better for avoiding detection

Testing Different CPS

  1. Record multiple patterns at different speeds
  2. Export each with descriptive names
  3. Test which works best for your needs
  4. Keep your favorites

Tips for Good Recordings

Keep It Consistent

  • Try to maintain steady rhythm while clicking
  • Don't pause too long between clicks
  • 8-15 clicks is usually enough

Add Natural Variation

  • Don't click perfectly evenly
  • Slight variations make patterns more realistic
  • Aim for consistent but not robotic

Match Your Use Case

  • Record at the speed you'll actually use
  • PvP patterns: 10-15 CPS
  • Building patterns: 15-20 CPS
  • Legit play: 8-12 CPS with variance

Record Multiple Versions

  • Create several patterns for different situations
  • Export each with clear names
  • Build a library of patterns

Understanding the Numbers

Average CPS Display

  • Shows your clicking speed
  • Calculated from your recorded delays
  • Updates as you click

Click Count

  • Shows total clicks recorded
  • First click starts the counter
  • Resets when you clear

Delay Values

  • Time between clicks in milliseconds
  • Lower = faster clicking
  • Higher = slower clicking

Troubleshooting

Clicks Not Recording

  • Ensure you're clicking fast enough (within 500ms)
  • Click directly on the recorder button
  • Try clicking faster

CPS Seems Wrong

  • First click doesn't count in CPS calculation
  • CPS is based on average delays
  • Need at least 2 clicks for CPS calculation

Can't Export

  • Make sure you have recorded at least one delay
  • Check you have write permissions in the save location
  • Try exporting to a different folder

Recording Won't Clear

  • Click the Clear button again
  • Close and reopen Yamada
  • Recording resets on restart anyway

Advanced Techniques

Creating Combo Patterns

  1. Record your PvP combo timing
  2. Include pauses for weapon switches
  3. Export for consistent combo execution

Multiple Pattern Library

  1. Record patterns for different scenarios:
    • "pvp-aggressive" (high CPS)
    • "pvp-defensive" (moderate CPS)
    • "building-fast" (very high CPS)
    • "legit-play" (natural CPS)
  2. Export each with descriptive names
  3. Import as needed

Pattern Analysis

  1. Record your clicks
  2. Export and open the file
  3. Analyze your natural timing
  4. Adjust manually if needed
